ALL BEINGS CONFLUENCE – A Clebration of Who We Are Together An interactive community textile project in which the entire space is filled with sheer fabric panels, hung closely together. Each panel is an image of a living Being, representing more than 250 species. Grandmothers 4 Grandmothers presents a fabric, yarn and more sale Saturday October 31, 2015 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the TelePioneer Activity Centre 2106 1st Avenue, Regina. There is a wide variety of fabric, thread, yarn, patterns and more. Proceeds support African grandmothers who are raising the children orphaned by AIDS.

Country Wives & Daughters of the Country: Metis Women of This Land Works by Leah Marie Dorion recognize women’s special relationship with the land. Her imagery speaks of traditional teachings, cultural knowledge and values, and are based on historical accounts. The paintings will be augumented with cultural artifacts.
